Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Welcome to Delhi, the Capital and political seat of India. You will be picked up and transfer to the pre-booked Hotel.
Take a rest to overcome Jet Lag.
Evening: Welcome Dinner with our Senior Executive in an Indian Restaurant. `

Day 02: Delhi

After your first Breakfast in the Hotel, our Guide will accompany you to visit Old Delhi with a visit to the largest Mosque in India, the Jama Masjid, an architecture marvel built by the Builder of Taj Mahal, Shah Jahan. From here, you will be given a Rickshaw Ride to Chandni Chowk. You may have to walk as the traditional narrow lanes Are unable to accommodate this Vehicle. Walk through the colorful shopping bazaars. Notice the shops on both sides of this narrow lanes selling merchandise. Tea and snacks are sold by Road side Vendors. We will then drive you past Red Fort, which was once a seat of Moghul Emperors. Mahatma Gandhi was cremated at Raj Ghat a short drive from Red Fort.

Afternoon: Your visit to New Delhi will include Qutub Minar, an Afghan style Tower built in 1193, which is now considered to be pride of Delhi. Next you will visit Humayun’s Tomb, built in 16th Century with Red Sand Stone and inlaid work with black and white marble. Drive through the India Gate and President House, located on beautiful large Avenue of Delhi.

Day 03: DELHI-VARANASI By Flight

Breakfast in the Hotel Transfer to Airport for flight to Varanasi.
After Arrival in Varanasi – Transfer to Hotel
(Varanasi – the holiest of holy city is on the Bank of Holy River Ganges. )
Evening: In the evening, experience the magic of Varanasi on a boat trip and a visit to the evening’s Aarti ceremony on the Ganges main ghat.

Day 04: VARANASI

Early morning On a boat trip, you can watch the hustle and bustle of the ‘Ghats’, the stone steps of the Ganges, at sunrise. Then you will see the Golden Temple Kashi Vishwanath (access only for Hindus) and the simple temple Bharat Mata Mandir, which was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. Return for breakfast at hotel.

Afternoon: Visit Banaras Hindu University and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple within the complex, and thereafter visit the ruins of Sarnath. Buddha gave his first public sermon at this important Buddhist pilgrimage site
Overnight, stay at hotel in Varanasi. Day 05: VARANASI-Kolkata By Flight Breakfast at the Hotel.
Morning : Proceed to Airport for your flight to Kolkata.
AFTERNOON: sightseeing viewing Victoria Memorial – a fantastic place that will take you into the world of past history, where you can view the photos and effigies of prominent personalities, who made an incredible contribution in the glory of India. Today, Victoria memorial is one of the finest art museums in Kolkata. The foundation of the old fort is still intact. National Library – National Library in Kolkata, India is the largest library of our country. It is constructed on 30 acres Belvedere Estate in Kolkata. The main attractions of the museum are the fossils of extinct animals and the Egyptian mummy. The Egyptian Mummy is more than 4000 years old.

Day 06: Kolkata

After Breakfast at the Hotel, proceed to
Kali Ghat – Build by a Brahmin Zamindar, Sabarna Roy Choudhury, the Kalighat Temple is a place for worshipping Goddess Kali. It is said that the old temple was housed within a small hut. It was only in 1809 when the construction of the present day temple began. In the 16th century the original temple was set up by King Manasingha. Dakshineshwar Temple – This is one of the oldest and the largest temples of the city that reflects the Navaratna style of architecture. One of the prime attractions of the temple, the Ganga River that flows by the temple is the place for all the visitors to take a holy dip.

Day 07: KOLKATA – BHUBANESWAR –PURI (75Km – 01,30hrs)

Breakfast in the Hotel.
Transfer to Airport.
Take a flight to Bhubaneswar. After Arrival, you will proceed by Car to PURI.
After Arrival, Check-in at the Hotel.
Afternoon: Unwind on the Beach.

Day 08: PURI – KONARAK-PURI

Morning: The magnificent Sun Temple at Konark is the culmination of Orissan temple architecture, and one of the most stunning monuments of religious architecture in the world. The massive structure, now in ruins, sits in solitary splendour surrounded by drifting sand. Today it is located two kilometers from the sea, but originally the ocean came almost up to its base. Until fairly recent times, in fact, the temple was close enough to the shore to be used as a navigational point by European sailors, who referred to it as the ‘Black Pagoda’. Return to Hotel in Puri.
LATE AFTERNOON: sightseeing viewing Sri Jagannath Puri Temple (Shree Jagannath Puri temple, one of the most impressing monuments of the Indian State Orissa, was constructed by a famous king of Ganga Dynasty Ananta Varman Chodaganga Deva dating back to 12th century at the seashore Puri. This astounding Vaishnava temple enshrines Lord Jagannath, Devi Subhadra and Balabhadra. The main temple of Jagannath is an impressing and amazing structure constructed in Kalinga architecture, with a height of 65 meters placed on an elevated platform.

Day 09: PURI – CHILKA LAKE – PURI (100 Km – Round Trip – 2 Hrs Driving time)

EARLY MORNING with Packet Breakfast – Leave for Chilka Lake.
Chilika Lake, the Asia’s the biggest inland salt-water lagoon, is separated from the waters of Bay of Bengal by a narrow neck of land. The Lake extends across the three districts of Puri, Ganjam and Khordha in Orissa. Located around 50 km from Puri, the lake is a tourist attraction with many small islands of lusting emerald green and natural beauty. The lake is a winter hub of many spectacular migratory birds. The view of sunset and sunrise are memorable experiences here. The sanctuary in Nalbana Island houses many different kinds of flora and fauna.
Afternoon: Return to PURI.

Day 10: PURI – BHUBANESWAR (75 Km – 01,30hrs)

Breakfast in the Hotel.
Leave by Car for Bhubaneswar.
After Arriva, Check-in at the Hotel.
AFTERNOON: City sightseeing visiting, Orissa State Museum (objects, natural history objects, Bronze Age tools and stone sculptures, Orissa State Museum offers a memorable visit for nay of its visitors. Lingraj Temple (dating back to 7th century, is a majestic monument of Oriyan architectural style and craftsmanship.) The temple, a massive structure of 147 feet high, is enclosed by fortified walls and is surrounded by many ancient small shrines. This beautifully and elaborately carved lofty tower is a special attraction of the temple. The Unique feature and identity of the temple is the main deity, a Swayambhu Linga, a merge of Half Vishnu and Half Shiva.

Day 11: BHUBANESWAR

ISKON Temple (The ISKCON Temple, with deities of Krishna, Blaram, Gaura Nithai, Subhadra and Jagannath, is located in the heart of the Bhubaneswar city. ISKCON movement is very prominent in Bhubaneswar with activities surrounding over two ISKCON centers, one in the Swarga and Dhauli Giri (Dhauli Giri is historically an important place near Bhubaneswar). It was here in the plains the gruesome battle of Kalinga War and afterwards the remorse of the king had taken place. After the war Ashoka renounced all bloody battles, embraced Buddhism and became an ambassador of non-violence. The edict here inscribes many of Ashoka’s preaching.)
Afternoon: Visit some of the shops and look for the local specialities.
