Payments

1. After receiving your acceptance of the program and cost, we will request the Hotels for confirmations.
2. We will confirm the arrangements in writing and request for 30% as deposit.
3. The balance amount will be payable 30 days prior to the departure. Notwithstanding this, we can request for the entire amount before during the peak season, like Diwali, X-Mas and New Year and other local festivals and or when the hotels demand the entire amount due to over booking.
4. In case of Airfares, the tickets will only be issued after receiving the total amount of Air tickets.
5. After receiving the entire payment, we will forward the Hotel and Service vouchers with contact numbers and the address of our Local Associates.
6. 24 hours before departure, we will send you the Vehicle No, Driver Mobile number and his Name for smooth operation.

  Payment Options All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.   Rights to amend the itinerary if required Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the Itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the Itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers  

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:  

1. 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
2. 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
3. 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
4. 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
5. 07 days and less prior to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND

  Please Note – irrespective of abovementioned cancellations slabs – In case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be levied. Not withstanding the cancellation clause as given above, the high season and peak season bookings NO refund will be provided. The high seasons/Peak seasons dates will be given along with our confirmation and you will also be notified about the Hotel policy and other products for your guidance and acceptance.   In case the trip is cancelled after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount depending upon the recovery from the Hotels and the Transporters, we patronize. We will be guided by the Hotels for accommodation and meals and transportation policy of our Associates. While we try our best, we do not bear any responsibility  

Refund of Payment

The Refund may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures. The Bank charges will be deducted from the due amount. Refund will be made after taking into consideration our Cancellation policy as described above.  

Inclusions: (General)

• Accommodation in sharing Double Room on CP (Room and Breakfast) for 2 Adults in the designated Hotels mentioned in our Confirmation Letter/Itinerary.
• We can also offer on MAP (Room, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) with additional charges.
• Airconditioned Vehicle with Chauffeur including Fuel, Interstate Taxes, Parking and Toll charges. The cost also includes the Chauffeur meals, overnight charges.

  Inclusions for House Boat

1. Traditional welcome drink (non-alcoholic) on arrival
2. Lunch/Dinner (Vegetarian or Non-vegetarian as per individual choice.)
3. Evening Tea / Coffee with hot snack (Vegetarian).
4. Bed Tea and Breakfast (Day of Departure).

  EXCLUSIONS: Entrance fees to monuments/Temples or to Amusement parks and Boating charges. Any portage at Airport/Hotels, tips of personal nature, Alcoholic or soft drinks including mineral water, communication charges like telephones etc., and any other personal expenses. Any charges for optional activities mentioned in the Program. Lunch and Dinner charges if specifically, not mentioned in the Program. Gala Dinners for X-Mas/New Year or any other festivals. Air Fares/Train Fares or Visa charges. Health and Accidental Insurance including damage to the Baggage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Hotels offered in the Program are as per your selection on the basis of category of Hotels. If a particular hotel offered by us or selected by you is unavailable, we will offer alternate Hotel of the same category and seek your concurrence before making definite reservations. In case of overbooking by the Hotels on arrival, we will give you another Hotel of the same category but in such force majeure, we will not be liable for any damages. Rates offered are only valid for the period of travel as requested by you. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival. Most of the Hotels do not charge for children up to 5 years, however, we will intimate you during the time of hotel confirmations. Similarly, meals will be charged for such children based on the Hotel policy. Vehicles provided are for services indicated in the Program. Extra usage will be charged and this will be intimated by our Chauffeur on the spot and has to be settled. Some of the parks/monuments may be closed on specific day of the week and this will be intimated to you in our offer. Entrance fees to the monuments/parks are not included in the cost and hence you will be required to settle the same on the spot. Our Chauffeur will act as a Guide and will give you a brief description of the same but he will not be in a position to give detailed information. Due to climatic conditions, political or any other demonstrations, strike if your program gets disturbed, we will try our best to find alternative but any additional charges will have to be borne by you. Airconditioned in House Boat will function from 2100 hrs. to 6 AM only. Accompanying Adults are responsible for children during the sojourn in House Boat. House Boats are stationed in Alleppy. If you need these from any other city, there will be additional charges.
