Board the Rickshaw near Mosque and continue to the most exhilarating journey towards Chandni Chowk (Silver Street). As you drive, you will observe A Temple of Goddess Laxmi and will come across the devotees walking towards the Temple for morning rituals. eOn driving further, you will come across Snack Stalls, small restaurants selling Breakfast Snacks, Tea and Milk. Continuing your journey, you will come across shops selling Souvenirs like Silver Bangles, artefacts which may include the pictures depicting the original street about 100 years ago. Shopkeepers like customers to bargain and keep them busy. Walk through the exclusive Street selling only the various spices, which are used in the Indian cooking.
Next on your Tour is the Red Fort – built by Shah Jahan in 1638 designed and built by Mughal Architects in red Sandstone. Walking inside the Fort, you will come across Diwani-am, Diwan-i-Khas, Rang Mahal, The Pearl Mosque and many more wonderful parts.
Jamma Masjid (Mosque) is next on your list of activity. This beautiful Mosque was built by Emperor Shah Jahan It is used for prayers even to-day by Muslim devotees.The Friday congegreation is the largest. After prayer, the people walk to the adjoining street for their traditional lunch in the Snack Stalls or Restaurants. You will have an opportunity to eat your Breakfast in one of the selected Restaurants.
