DAY 01: KOLKATA

Welcome to the Cultural Capital of India. Upon arrival at the Airport and after clearing Immigration and Customs, our Representative will greet you and transfer to the designated Hotel.
Check-in at the Hotel (between 13:00 and 14:00 hrs.).

Let the noise and chaos of India's second-largest city not disturb you as it may take some to absorb. setting out on your own, you'll discover impressive colonial architecture, some of the country's best restaurants, and a vibrant art scene. Bengali theaters, dances, poetry, art, music and film can be found everywhere. In this city, Mother Teresa has done a lot of charity work.

DAY 02: KOLKATA

After your first Breakfast at the Hotel, Start the day with a visit to the bustling but beautiful flower market. On a tour of Calcutta, you will see one of the city's most important landmarks, the Howrah Bridge. Admire the magnificent Victoria Memorial, an interesting colonial relic built to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. Continue with the Indian Museum, which is the largest and oldest museum in India, and a temple dedicated to the Hindu deity Kali.
Afternoon:Visit KUMORTULI, famous for making clay Idols. The Artist use straw and Bamboos to create these beautiful Idols. During the Durga Puja, the Idols of Deity Durga are immersed in the Hooghly River.

DAY 03: KOLKATA – IMPHAL (Manipur)

After Breakfast at the Hotel, you will be transferred to Kolkata Airport to fly to Imphal. This is the beginning of the enchanting and adventurous Journey. After Arrival, you will be driven to the Hotel.
After Check-in, relax in your Room, meditate for a while.
Afternoon: Visit IMA KEITHAL, a market completely dominated by the Women of Imphal. You will be mesmerized once you enter. It is the largest of its kind in Asia, probably even the whole world and therefore a wonderful example of liberty of Women and their empowerment. It is believed that the Market has been in existence since 16th Century. According to a survey conducted on the women empowerment, it is proved that the Women of this State, Manipur, has always been in forefront including the politics and fighting injustice. Around 4,000 female traders sell all kinds of goods here: fish, vegetables, bamboo and metalwork, traditional Phaneks (sarongs) stoles and Dupattas, local herbs, bangles and jewelry. DAY 04: EXCURSION TO KEIBUL LAMJAO PARK

The Largest Fresh Water Lake LOKTAK in this region is known as Floating National Park It is known for its circular floating swamps. You will come across about 200 different species of aquatic plants, more than 100 species of Birds and also Indian Pythons, Sambar Dear, Monkeys and Gibbons. Keep your Camera on focus and catch them all.

DAY 05: IMPHAL – KOHIMA (135Km. – 5 hrs.)

After Breakfast, time to leave Manipur and head to Kohima in Nagaland. We will stop at a Naga Village called Kigwema. The Nagas of this village and Myanmar, comprising of different tribes follow similar customs and the origins.
After Arrival in Kohima, check into a Hotel. You will be FREE for the rest of the day. Venture into local market to feel the fresh air and observe the traditions.

DAY 06: KOHIMA VISIT

Morning: Visit the Village of KHONOMA, where ANGAAN NAGA live. The Village Nagas fought a bitter battle against the British who were on an expedition. The people of Khonoma are keen to preserve nature and have founded The Khonoma Nature Conservation and Tragopan Sanctuary.
Afternoon:A visit the Naga Heritage Village will give you insight of their culture followed by the entire region of Nagaland. After the interaction and learning, proceed to World War II Memorial. Return to Hotel.

DAY 07: KOHIMA – KAZIRANGA (225Km –6 to 7 hrs.)

After Breakfast, we begin another interesting journey through the Mountains and Forests, to reach Kaziranga National Park home to two-thirds of the world's great Rhinoceros population. In addition, the park is one of the last areas in the East India.
AFTERNOON: Arrive and Check-in to your Hotel

After brief rest, Enjoy Jeep Safari and explore the Western Ranges. You will pass
through the Bagori - Dongabeel - Rowmari - Rajapukhuri – Monabeel, located on the Bank of River Mori Diffalu. Donga Watch Tower will give you glimpses of wildlife from top.

DAY 08: KAZIRANGA – Elephant Safari & drive to Shillong (250 Km. – 5,30 hrs.)

Early Morning – After Tea/coffee in the Hotel, Take an Elephant ride to explore the wild life.
KOHORA – the smallest Zone in Kaziranga has maximum density of Rhinos, which will be explore on the Elephant back. The Narrow paths in this Zone will give you an opportunity to come closer to the Wildlife. The centralrange of the national park is mix of Grassland and Woodland.
Return to the Hotel for Breakfast.
Depart for another interest destination in the North East, that is Shillong, the Capital of Meghalaya.

DAY 09: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE – SHILLONG (100 Km Round Trip)

Drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world. While Walking on the David Scott Trail, you will come across the breathtaking surroundings of falling waterfalls, crystal-clear streams that gush from the mountains, typical Khasi villages, pretty valleys, wooded groves and wide meadows.
Afternoon: Visit the highest Waterfall in India – Nokhalika. – the beautiful sight is breathtaking. Next on your visit is the Mawsmai Cave. Return to Shillong.

DAY 10: SHILLONG TO GUWAHATI (100Km – 03 hrs.)

DAY 11: NEW JALPAIGURI – DARJEELING (75 Km. – 03 hrs.)

Early Morning: After reaching New Jalpaiguri around 8am, you will be driven to Darjeeling.
Completing the Check-in formalities, and Breakfast, you will relax in your Rooms.
Rest of the Day FREE.

DAY 12: DARJEELNG

Early in the Morning, you will be served Tea/Coffee in the Hotel.
Drive to Tiger Hill to admire the beautiful sunrise over the snow-capped peaks of Kanchenjunga - the third highest mountain in the world. Visit the Ghoom Monastery and Return to Hotel for Breakfast.

Afternoon: Once again drive to Ghoom to board the Darjeeling Toy Train and begin the journey of your life time as the train meanders through the mountains. The journey in the Toy Train pulled by a classic steam-powered locomotive is probably the most romantic way to explore the Himalayan landscape.

DAY 13: DARJEELING TO GANGTOK (98Km. – 3 hrs.)

After Breakfast in the Hotel, continue your journey in this Himalayan region and drive to Gangtok, the Capital of Sikkim nestled in the Snow peak mountains. The Khangchendzong is clearly visible from one of the vintage points.

DAY 14: GANGTOK

Drive to Rumtek Monastery - a village within a village comprising of religious monasteries. It is a seat of 17th Karmapa who fled from Tibet but not allowed to sit on throne due to sensitiveness of relationship between India and China.
Afternoon: Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do-Drul Chorten and Royal Palace and Gangtok’s most attractive Monastery Enchey Gompa.

DAY 15: GANGTOK TO BAGDOGRA

After Breakfast at the Hotel, you will be driven to Bagdogra Airport for flight to Kolkata
After Arrival, our Representative will meet you and accompany to the pre-booked Hotel.
If the hustle and bustle after your trip to the mountains was too much for you, then explore the vast green fields of the Maidan (also known as 'the lungs of Calcutta') or search the Hooghly for a while in the magnificent botanical garden on the shores.
